Terms of Service

This is placeholder language, not a finished legal document. Crew Call is in active development and these terms have not yet been through counsel. Do not rely on this page as a binding agreement — a reviewed version will replace it before general availability.

In outline, the terms will cover: who may hold a production-company, client or crew account; how production, scheduling, deal memo, timecard and budget data is used and retained; payment terms for paid tiers; acceptable use of the platform; and how either party may terminate an account.

Crew accounts are free. Production companies and clients using the platform are bound by whatever agreement is in force at the time — currently, none is, because none has been finalized.
