Privacy Policy

This is placeholder language, not a finished privacy policy. Crew Call is in active development and this page has not yet been through counsel. Do not rely on it as a statement of current data practice — a reviewed version will replace it before general availability.

In outline, the policy will cover: what account, crew, scheduling, deal memo, timecard and budget data we collect and why; that multi-tenant data is isolated at the database level, not just by application logic; who data is shared with (limited to what a production, its crew and its clients need to see of each other); retention after account closure; and how to request access to or deletion of your data.

Crew keep their own deal memo, timecard and work history data regardless of which production company they work for next — that portability is a product commitment, and the finished policy will state it plainly.
